Customer Review: I really thought this was a great product. I wish it had instructions but I figured it out. It has skid resistant pads on it so you can set it on the cutting board to use. I don't think it was unsafe. Small and easy to store. Worked great!

It doesn't matter as much what the angle is as that it is constant especially when changing grits on the stones.
