Customer Review: Scrub (without soap) first, let dry, add 1 large bottle of peanut oil, heat and french fry 2 or 3 pounds of potatoes to season Dutch Oven, and you're all set to cook your favorite recipes. The top will also fit the 10-1/2" round griddle plus regular skillet - very kewl.
