Customer Review: The product looks good, but it's damaged since I received the courier!
This is my first time that Amazon shipped to me a product that no works. And I tried to claim, but the process by Internet is VERY COMPLEX! So, I prefered leave this matter!

Customer Review: I purchased this unit prior to HD market dissolving; have gotten new firmware from Toshiba; but problems still persist. Movies freeze up both HD and regular DVD. Some regular DVDs do not play at all. I would not recommend this product unless you do not mind the freeze ups.

Customer Review: Just got my refurbised XA2, which I plan to use for watching mostly SD DVD's. I don't want to buy duplicates of HD DVD's or Blu Rays ( I have Sony BDP SE1) of DVD's that I own.
