Customer Review: This items DOES NOT HAVE an AC jack. Comes with NO type of earphone. Local Best Buy told me cassettes needed to be special ordered. I spend several hundred dollars a year with this company and they will not accept return of this product.
Customer Review: I like this machine (Panasonic) for the price. I purchased a Sony for backup and was very disappointed in the quality and controls. It was also very muddy and you couldn't get it clearer. The Panasonic is adjustable for clarity, speed and it is especially easy to use to forward and rewind the tapes.... more info
Customer Review: i brought this vcr 1st one worked for about 2 weeks and was eating my tapes sent it back and got another one and the clock did not work sent it back again and the vcr would not tape for more then 5 minutes so i call discount jungle and they said they were sorry and gave me a full refund

Customer Review: This is just what I have been looking for to record stories of older relatives to transcribe. It is a perfect size, not too small and easy for me to run, having arthritis in my hands, the buttons are comfortable to use. Great product.
Customer Review: This item is a great item except for one thing. The volume is not good. You have to turn it all the way up to hear it adequately. I am glad to see that everyone has this problem and its not my hearing though!
