Customer Review: zanandjayna's review sums up much about how I feel about this casebook. Customer Review: i bought this book for a Business law class that I am currently enrolled in, and so far it has held up to my expectations of a law text.
the seller was very prompt and the book came in near perfect condition.

Customer Review: As a contracting official with the feds, I have found that this is a super resource for someone who wants to or is already dealing with the Federal Gov't in the contracting arena. You can't go wrong with this book. Keep it handy, you will not regret having it on your desktop.
Customer Review: The seller claimed to have sent this book overnight on Friday for a price of $77.69 for shipment, but I didn't get the book till the following Thursday. Either they have a defective mail system, or the seller did not mail it out on time as a responsible seller should.
Customer Review: This was recommended by another attorney who used this book in law school. It is a great resource if you want an overview of BK law. It may be too technical for a non-attorney and too light for someone who is practicing in complex BK cases
Customer Review: This is one of those rare useful law school texts. I could see myself keeping this and going back to it after I graduate and get out into practice.
