Customer Review: If you own a ONKYO HT-SR800 7.1 then you should consider getting the DMP-BD55K instead of this one. The reason is that the ONKYO does not accept audio through the HDMI cable. Customer Review: Yes, you have to update the firmware if you want to watch Netflix. You can either connect online (which you would need to stream movies anyway) or use the included cd. We were up and running in 30 minutes (most of that was download time). We love it.

Customer Review: I purchased this as a replacement for a cheaper brand player at our church. We have used it several times since and it is easy to operate and plays beautifully! I love Sony. It's onscreen menu is easy to understand and user friendly. The buttons on the remote are a bit small, but not too bad.
