Gets the job done - used primarily on work close, pants shirts, etc of different fabric types. For heavier fabrics you may need to go slower and do an extra pass. Cons: I have found that little black pieces of plastic have been coming up through the reservoir. I tried to flush it... more info
Customer Review: Very good for removing wrinkles from clothing. However, it has a tendency to spit water occasionally which causes spotting on dry cleaned shirts.

Customer Review: It belches hot water, the outer housing is hot to the touch, gives about 3 minutes of steam and leaves clothing wrinkled. Total waste of money.
Customer Review: This iron is heavy for an iron. It takes some arm strength to iron with it. My wife said "I'll get used to it.....". Previously we had a mid size Rowenta and the steam unit in that model broke within a year. Very disappointed but thought I'd try them one more time.
