Customer Review: I bought this knife to replace a 3" paring that inexplicably broke. The blade just snapped in half after slipping off the counter into the sink. I prefer the 4" size, and had no hesitation to replace Henckels with Henckels.
Customer Review: These are great knives. Be sure NOT to get the J.A. Henckels International knives which are manufactured in China. These knives are the real German version.
Customer Review: If you are looking for a good quality & sharp paring knife, this is it. If you buy it, be sure to put it where kids can't reach it and don't just put it down in the sink with other stuff. I have cut myself with it twice.
