Customer Review: I am using this book in my Maters program. So far it seems easy to understand and use. This is one book that I will keep and be able to use in my office. It is a good all around book for administrators as well as first time supervisors.

Customer Review: The text book is very easy to read, and provides good information. It is a book that will be useful in the future. It includes information on each of the different state's rules and regulations for practicing as a practitioner.
Customer Review: The content is wordy and the case scenarios do not provide any response therefore it is not as helpful as it could be. It doesnt have any study questions.
Customer Review: Another well organized, practical guidebook. Should be bedside reading before you say "I Do." Also a good reminder of the importance of record-keeping even if your life is sane.
Customer Review: The One Minute Manger was great but this title fell well short.
I was disappointed and will not add this book to my required reading
list for my direct reports.
