Customer Review: I used a French press b/c I was told it made the best coffee. A few months, 2 cylinders (what French press is) and no way to get a new cylinder for free- even with receipt! I invested in this guy- with a timer- its the bestttt coffee I've ever tasted out of a coffee machine!
