Customer Review: I use it every day and am glad I have it. It is easy to read and has many different volume units. Prior to buying this from Amazon a few years ago I had to have 2 sets of measuring cups to avoid messes when I needed to measure the same quantity of a liquid and a solid.

Customer Review: My wife has been using Silpat and Matfer silicone baking mats for years. Both are made in France and seem to perform equally well. Recommend both highly and would opt for whichever is cheapest at the moment.

The bristles are *more* than firm enough and the brush itself is designed to facilitate ease of use when cleaning fruits or vegtables.
If we had one suggestion that would be followed, the brush would be just a little larger.

Customer Review: This device does exactly what it was meant to do and does it well. It is a rather cheaply made device and I don't know how long the spring mechanism will last, but for occasional use it should last a lifetime. IT is easy to use and works well.
Customer Review: I had a salad spinner before and didn't like it. The greens were still wet no matter how much I spun them. This one dries the greens very well. It is so easy to spin.
