Customer Review: I think this book is excellent and a must have for individuals that are looking to track what they eat. It's about the size of a Steno notebook and can easily fit in a medium purse or carried. Oh and it doesn't scream that I am dieting either, it looks like a normal book/notebook.

Customer Review: This device does exactly what it was meant to do and does it well. It is a rather cheaply made device and I don't know how long the spring mechanism will last, but for occasional use it should last a lifetime. IT is easy to use and works well.

Customer Review: But, not the best. I love all of The Biggest Loser's books and DVDs, but this calorie book, while good, isn't the best one. The Calorie King is the one you need for your purse or home if you can only get just one. If you can pick up more than one, this one is a great companion.
