Customer Review: After 3 years of usage my steam started leaking water and got my floor very wet. I thought I might need a new mop but after I changed the filter, the problem's fixed. Just remember always use distilled water, it will last longer.

Customer Review: We are glad we bought this. It cleans well, is easy to use and ideal for a quick clean-up, between more comprehensive cleans with our canister vacuum cleaner. The power brush is worth the extra. It is not cordless, but we think it is more powerful than a cordless vacuum could ever be.
