Customer Review: The product does what it claims. The only thing I would note, however, is that if you have a very hard floor, such as porcelain tile, eventually the pads will get holes where the steam comes out from rubbing against such a rough surface.

Customer Review: This lightweight vacuum for hardsurfaces is great for a fast pick up When you don't want to haul out the heavyweight guy. The disposal cup is large enough and easy to empty and reinstall on the vacuum. I like the fact that you can also use it as a hand vac.
