Customer Review: I also ordered the Canon PC170 copie at the same time...the copies are very light and I can't get them darker. I don't know whether the problem is the cartrdge or the copier.

They were very nice with the return and a replacement (thought it was damaged) when the second one arrived it was the same it did not work. Will be receiving a full refund... more info

Customer Review: We bought this for a small office and had this machine for a month and it is working well. Very fast compared to the old fax. It was fairly easy to set up. I'm happy with this purchase. The old machine jammed a lot. We have not had a jam yet on this machine.
Customer Review: I had a very difficult time finding a refill for my adding machine/calculator. After searching on-line, I located this one. Did the trick but the ink is a little smeary at first.
