Customer Review: Filled with detail that any martial artist will find useful, but especially for the Bujinkan Budo Taijutsu practitioner. If you only buy one of Hatsumi Sensei's books, this is the MUST buy!

I still found the book a good read, but I really don't consider any of the techniques... more info
Customer Review: Great Book! Lot's of helpful information for the Martial Arts practioner. Not for beginners though. This book will benefit those who have trained the Arts for more than a few years. A true Master stands behind these pages.

Customer Review: I thought it was an excellent read. One must consider it was written 30 years ago. It's not a how to guide for Ninpo. It is however a good basic overview of Ninjutsu's history and some traditions with alot of cool photo's of some of the author's personal weapon and tool collection. All in all I paid... more info
Customer Review: I had higher hopes that this title would relate cane techniques closely to Filipino Kali. While some connections were made, there is not much discussion of underlying principles. The featureless bubble figures used to illustrate the moves were an even greater disappointment, as it is not always... more info
Customer Review: My brother has the first (original) publishing of this book. When we were kids, we self-taught ourselves martial arts weapons. In the 1970s and 1980s most Karate, Tae Kwon Do schools did not teach weapons unless you reached brown, red, or black belt. So we bought this book to teach ourselves.... more info
