Customer Review: A fun read, your basic characters, one-dimensional. Situations as you encounter in most romances. Predictable, but humorous and entertaining.
The first half was better than the second. I enjoyed the McKettrick books, but believe I prefer Maggie Osborne's western romances for the more... more info
Customer Review: I've read other books by Ms. Miller (Corbin's Fancy & Yankee Wife) and I smiled & laughed throughout the books thoroughly enjoying the interaction between the two main characters, but not this time. I'm disappointed with this book & hoping Secondhand Bride & McKettrick's Choice will... more info
Customer Review: I had such a great time reading this book! This author definitely knows how to capture your attention and hold it! This one, I would have to say, is one of her best!

Customer Review: Same old story--different names. Seems every teenage woman in Jacobsville is a virgin in love with a rugged 35+ year old brute who she somehow wins over and then tames his heart. I have been a Diana Palmer fan for many years but her last 1/2 dozen books are the same old tired story. I had to force... more info

Secretly relieved at delaying his nuptials, Holt abandons his... more info
