Terrible Product:
I have purchased this in hopes to copy my memories of my children to dvd only for this program to fail over and over again either it comes up with a no signal or some other error. I have a 1 terabyte hard drive 64 but windows 7 hp desktop. I have contacted roxio only to be told steps and patches which I did install and it still doesnt work hopelessly sighing because I probably have to pay a professional to do it.

Thus far I'm unable to burn contents on DVD disk. I'm having expert come to my house to see what's wrong.
Roxio VHS to DVD:
This program does everything Roxio says it will do. The wiring provided with the program does a great job hooking up old cameras and VHS players to the computer. I am very satisfied with this product and would recommend it to anyone facing the problem of transferring old tapes to DVDs. The price is right for this product as well.
