Ricardo Arjona releases 'Quinto Piso', his first album with Warner Music Latina and the 13th album of his career. Currently one of the most respected artists in the music industry, he has won numerous awards and critical acclaim for his work. In 2006, he won the Latin Grammy for Best Male Pop Vocal Album and the Grammy Award for Best Latin Pop Album. Most recently, this year he was nominated for the Latin Grammy for Best Male Pop Album for his last album.

Vamos al grano: soy fan de Ricardo Arjona, asi que siempre compro sus discos sin pestañear. Pero este, por desgracia, ha sido una decepcion: solo mas de lo mismo. Nada aqui que iguale su gran trabajo del pasado. Pero no me malinterpreten: la produccion es excelente. Este bebe suena caro, muy bien logrado tecnicamente. Pero le falta sentimiento, no tiene corazon: ni una sola cancion que te pueda apasionar - y justificar la compra. En lugar de "Quinto Piso", recomiendo cualquiera de sus discos... more info

I really liked this CD because it is a simple disc. I liked almost all the songs and the way he related them all through the 5th Floor. In this case, I only disliked 2 songs: Ni tu ni yo and Quinto Piso.
All other songs are good but there are some that are EXCELLENT:
Sin Ti Sin Mi, Como duele, Tocando Fondo, Nadie sabe donde va and El demonio en casa. Tocando Fondo and Sin Tí Sin Mí will be future Arjona's classics... EXCELLENT! ESPAÑOL

Bueno...y yo sigo comprando discos de Ricardo Arjona, con la esperanza que este señor de impecable voz algun dia se digne a escribir una cancion que finalmente lo ponga a la altura de quien trata de imitar: Joaquin Sabina, Silvio Rodriguez, Pablo Milanes, Serrat, etc. Arjona, una vez mas, se vuelve a repetir: las mismas metaforas y similes burdos y no pulidos, la misma musiquita de otros discos anteriores, tan parecidos que por ejemplo la musica de "La bailarina vecina", pudiese ser la de "buenas... more info
