This is the best carpet cleaner I have ever purchased. I have owned three top of the line cleaners in the past and all of them cost more than this one did. We have owned cleaners from all major brands over the years. This machine has been the best. It has outcleaned other machines by a wide margin. We have 2 dogs, 2 cats. The spinning brushes release trapped pet hair and separate the carpet fibers. Our 9 year old bedroom carpet looks virtually new. The machine is very easy to use. This is the third steam cleaner I've owned (over a several year period) and the best one to date. I bought this after buying my house and was amazed to see how much dirt that it pulled up from what appeared to be clean carpeting. I especially like the automatic rinse feature and the larger waste & fresh water tubs. I ordered this on Tuesday with free super saver shipping and received it Friday night. It was very easy to assemble. I had an Oreck prior to this machine. The Oreck was very light weight compared to the Hoover. Other than that, I love this machine. I was a cleaning machine during the weekend. I even used the spin brush attachment to clean my stairs. Having two seperate tanks for clean water and dirty water makes it easy to clean and empty/fill. For the price, I feel like I got a deal.
