Great Product and Good Service:
Was great to see such a good price on an item I really needed. I ordered 2 and gave one of them to a friend who also needed one and still paid less than I would have paid for one shopping locally. Norton Anti-virus:
Well, it is Norton. The industry standard as far as I am concerned. I have had only Norton since 2005 after a rather sad experience with McAfee. I was slightly miffed that I had to download a separate Norton Removal Tool, but it wasn't that big a deal. The only reason I took off one star was that the Removal Tool also deleted one of my drivers (my MP3 player), and I had to do some "work-around" to get it back up and going. Clint.
Vista and Norton - NOT COMPATIBLE:
I have always liked Norton and we buy it every year, but since we got a new computer with Vista installed in it, it seems like Norton has been more of a burden than a useful tool. Recently, I had some connection issues and called tech support for my provider and I got this great guy who has advanced knowledge of Vista and tons of anti-virus software programs.
