My order arrived today via a detour. When I'd first tried to order this Home and Student edition, I encountered an insoluble problem when checking out: Amazon doesn't sell software to buyers in China. I then ordered it and had it delivered to a U.S. address of one of friends. Then her husband mailed it to my office address in Beijing. Buggy but no tech support site:
I have used previous versions and been pleased with them. But this 2009 edition installation has stopped twice on "installing... busansbo.ttf" and refused to continue. I can't find any "service" or "tech support" site. I suggest you continue using your previous year's version -- this one isn't ready for prime time yet.
