My new Cuisinart cookware arrived just in time for the December holidays, since I had alot of cooking to do. My husband and I feel the best features are the long, reinforced handles, even heat distribution, and the convenience of going from the stovetop to the oven. Be careful with cleaning the surface, because you need to use a non-abrasive cleaner, such as Bon Ami and towel dry immediately to keep that lustrous shine! This is an excellent product and I would recommend it.

I don't know how anyone could rate these less than a five star! I purchased two cookeware sets in the past 6 months. Royal Prestige and Kitchenaid Professional at many times the cost and don't use them. I love the Cuisinart set and uses the set daily. Cost doesn't make a set better. The lids design is so easy to clean. I'll likely have these the rest of my life.

I bought this set three weeks ago. I high recommend this set. It makes no sense to buy multi-clad set if one has no intension to use them commercially.
The only difference between classical and multi-clad version is the thickness of the steel. This set is not so heavy, handles well and I believe it will last as long as I live.
It is easy to clean in most cases. But if one boils liquid like milk or cheese, it takes some efforts to clean inside because the furface isnt polished.
