Malfunctioned within Amazon's "satisfaction Guaranteed" period:
I bought this for around $70. Immediately out of the box it worked superbly. The interface is very user friendly and the graphics are very eye pleasing. One big problem was the volume. I had the unit on at full volume and the noise volume inside my car (while driving it at 55mph) just overwhelms the voice of the GPS. Also, if I have the radio turned on at normal pleasant volume, the GPS becomes almost impossible to hear. This shortfall immediately made me think of returning it right away, but the big pluses... more info

I recently received this item for Christmas and i've found it easy to learn. I have used it on 3 occasions and can't imagine being without it ! I do wish it came with updated maps ! Amazon has been very helpful too !!
