Necessary item:
This edition is not quite as easy to use as earlier but seems to be more complete and up to date.
The software is great but Amazon was extremely slow in delivering:
I saw this item on line. It is sold and shipped by Amazon. The item was in stock. Using my Prime Account Membership it should have shipped in two days. Instead my first estimate, AFTER I ordered the item was 3 weeks. Then I wrote to customer service who sent me a canned response. The item was received about a week later. While I love the software, Amazon was terrible in keeping their on time delivery of an in stock product.
Good Enough:
Bought it to replace my old AHD. Like the vocal pronounce feature. My twelve year old AHD handled spelling errors better. Says it's Vista ready but it's not. Strange. The HELP feature won't work unless you go to MS and download a driver which for some reason I can't find. A good value for money and likely as good as any other.
