The speakers that work are great, the only problem is I can't get all of them to work. I am working on it now.
Ok for a first system:
This is a good system, sounds good, simple to set up.
I do have a couple of complaints, 1) the system has no HD input, so if you want to upgrade to Blu-Ray later, or use your cable box, you have to switch between inputs on the TV. 2) the remote control is not programmable, and only works with a Sony TV, so you will need to keep both remotes handy.
