Great Sound !:
I was looking for a good pair of headphones . My first purchase was th Bose earbuds. It wasn't what I expected from bose ( especially considering the price) .I kept misplacing the inserts and the quality of sound wasn't very good.

Sony Mdr-Ex75 Earbuds Headphones:
Excellent, Excellent sound with these headphones. I am not the techy type and was not even sure what kind of headphones I should be looking for. I just knew that I wanted something with some good sound. I took a chance on these since they were a bit more pricey. I cannot believe the difference in sound quality compared to the $15-$20 headphones. The earbuds are a bit hard and the rubber inserts could be softer for better comfort. But overall, I would give this a huge thumbs up.
Excellent earbuds....:
I HATE them, but my son LOVES them! He says they have superior sound and they definitely isolate outside noises..... Which is why I hate them. When he has them on, he can't hear me calling him to do his chores, schoolwork, etc. ;o) Seriously though, these earbuds isolate outside sounds so well that you have to be careful where you use them.

I've owned these for a little over a month now; I use them daily for most of the day - walking to and from work, and working in a chemistry laboratory. Headphones are my sanity, and I picked these very carefully based on reviews here. The sound is clear, crisp, and respond well to the settings on the device you are using (i.e. rock/spoken word/extra bass etc on the iPod touch/iPhone).
