Better Than a Headset:
Coupled with the install harness I found through Parrott, the LS3200 was a breeze to install myself. Pros: Beats a headset hands down. Couple this unit with Blackberry and the voice recognition is awesome. Pretty much true hands free. The sound quality is great and most people can't tell your in a car. I drive a large noisy truck and it still sounds awesome. Cons: Has a hiccup every once in a great while. Might be more of an issue with my cycling though things too fast. This unit has worked really well on my 2006 Honda Odyssey Touring with the Navigation option. This is the most complex Odyssey audio package available with the built in DVD system that supports Dolby Digital 5.1 sound, etc. It has active amplification that is outside the car stereo "head unit" in the dashboard. If the Parrot is installed using any of the supposed ready made harnesses that allow integration of the Parrot and the car stereo, the sound from the Parrot will be a lot louder than tolerable. Great Voice Recognition and clear audio:
I purchased this for my wife so she would not be reaching for her cell phone while driving. I had it professionally installed and bought a "Pro Mount" rather than the mounting bracket that came with the unit. Linking the phone to the device was easy and, even though the auto is a sporty T-Bird (2002), there is no background noise and the voice is loud and clear.
