16 GB is where it's at:
Awesome, Do it! Definately purchase this item. I no longer have to switch constantly between two different 2 Gig cards. I sometimes would forget to transfer photo's or video and would be stuck deciding either to delete something or not to shoot, both are decisions not easily made when you are on vacation or on an unexpected outing.
Great Memory Card, Sandisk Ultra 16GB:
I have been using this Sandisk Ultra 16GB since September, or there abouts. I use it in a Nikon D40, and I shoot about 500 photos per week.. So far the card and the camera have performed flawlessly.. I like the card a lot... In fact, now I have a second one for long trips which I have planned for the near future.. I considered a cheaper brand, but heard bad things about them.. I did wait to buy the cards until the price was reasonable by my standards...
Seems to work well:
I'm using this for my Fujifilm F60fd digital camera. I've been able to take video and pictures with it just fine. Video writes seem very fast. Just as a heads up, though, I think this may be meant more for camcorders than cameras. I don't think I needed to get this data write speed because cameras don't write as much data per second as camcorders do. As a result, I feel like I paid to much for functionality I'm not going to use =(
SanDisk Ultra ll:
Love the card! I bought an off brand before I bought this one, also an HDHC. The other card was not fast enough to record HD video on my camera. There would be a message on my camera telling me the card was not fast enough. Even though the other card had the same specs as the SanDisk, there is no comparison. From now on I will spend the extra bucks on the SanDisk brand from the start.
