Very poorly sewn. Cheap hard vinyl for a clumsy case. Would have returned if I did not damage the selling plastic case.

Perfect case for a great GPS:
Fit, finish, and function. No other case achieves all 3, much less does all 3 fantastically! It completely protects the unit on all sides. It's designed to allow you to use the unit while still in the case, and it works well in this regard. The only way this case could be better is if it were waterproof. Using mine with a Nuvi 760, to help clarify for anyone not clear on 700 series fit.
Recommended, Though Not Specifically Designed for the 255w:
I purchased this for my new nuvi 255w. It fit pretty well in this case, except the screen sits about 3/16" too high in the case--probably because this case isn't designed for the 255w. I drive a Highlander and I can just fold back the cover of the case with the 255w inside and place it on top of my dash, leaning against the windshield, without it sliding around during normal driving.
