product arived in a timely manner shipping package needed a little work there was too mush loose space in the package let the item bounce around too much for my opinion
Original Canon batteries, way overpriced......as always:
I own canon professional SLR's so I know from past experience Canon's policies about third party products that work with their stuff; they fight it tooth and nail and try to keep a monopoly on everything. My SLR's use the venerable 512 battery packs, fortunately somebody was able to reverse engineer those and sell them reasonably instead of the 80 plus dollars Canon wants for an original pack. Don't get me wrong, Canon makes good stuff they just have a really inflated view of what folks are able to pay for... more info
Wrong Item Received:
I ordered a battery for a cannon FS100. The invoice for the battery I received indicated it was for an FS100 but was too big for my camera. Since I had opened the package thinking it was the proper battery, I was unable to return it for a refund. Thus, I lost about $60 on this purchase. I am very dissatisfied with this transaction.

What can I say.....you don't want to get caught without enough juice. So, you have to have the spare battery.....be sure to alternate.
