Great Compliment to the Beginner Facercise DVD:
I already own the Beginner DVD/CD combo. This advanced version is unlike the first DVD. This Advanced version of Facercise really helps with the problem areas of the face. The one exercise I was particulary interested in is the Lower Face Strengthener to further tone my jaw line. This is an area I needed some extra help with, and the addition of this particular exercise really helped! Also included in the Advanced DVD is an exercise to turn the corners of your mouth up. I was so impressed with this exercise... more info
This product is a godsend:
After mastering the first Facercise DVD and seeing incredible results, I purchased this to further hone my technique and continue lifting and firming my face. It was easy to use and the results are incredible. Subtle differences translate to significant changes in my face- ever since I started usind the advanced DVD, people guess that I am 8-10 years younger than I actually am. Great results and easy to use!
Wanted even more results!!:
The Advanced Facercise DVD has 7 exercises to add to the Beginning DVD exercises. I selected 3 of the exercises for additional firming of my lower face and plump up my lips. It's great to have different exercises to choose from. I think it keeps the muscles more active. This technique has done wonders for my TMJ and overall appearance of my face. My friends think I've had fillers, but I just exercise 15 minutes a day to keep the Plastic Surgeon away.
subtle differences that build on the basics:
There aren't any really new moves on this DVD as I was hoping. Carol simply builds and explains in more detail how to refine the exercises from the first DVD. Still, I think this is a good one to get once you have mastered the basics of Facercise.
