Poor Quality Item:
This item is of poor quality. It doesn't stick to the windshield very well and the lever to control the suction is difficult to work. The flexible arm seems fragile and doesn't flex very easily.
Find something else to buy!:
Although the phone sits tightly within the padded grips, and there is room for the charger to be connected, the holder is loosely attached to the flexible neck and the suction cup does not stick to any surface, not even the smooth disc that comes with the holder. I've resorted to using this as a cupholder-type phone holder, but even then you have to pack the cupholder with something to keep it in place. What a nuisance. Find another product to buy.
Works as advertised- with slight modification:
The mount works fine. I had to trim away some of the foam rubber on the left hand side "grabber" on the holder. It interfered with the volume control rocker on my Samsung Epix. Works just fine on the AT&T Tilt, HP iPAQ 6925, and iPhone 3G.
its OK:
It was a decent product for the money but it was not what I was hoping for.
