Caphalon Cookware:
this complete set of Caphalon with accessories was purchased for my daughter and son-in-law as a christmas gift. I have a set and absolutely love it. Cooking with it makes your food cook evenly and delicious. Cleaning is very easy. My daughter gives rave reviews as well.

Not extremly impressed like the other Calphalon Pots & Pans, but still good:
Got this as a free gift for purchasing $400+ Calphalon. It wasn't as impressive as the 10pc set or the 12" Wok. Though this set is still a huge improvement over my Fabreware set. #1 It resists heat better. The flat piece what works with the wok, you can leave it laying on the wok, and it won't leave a burn mark.
#2 The wood doesn't get damaged with water and oil.
