Now on my third Anycom SCK:
Summary: when it works, it's very useful and easy to use. But it doesn't work often. This is my third Solar Car Kit. The first two were sent back to Anycom. By the way, their online form or email is NOT their preferred contact method. Call their SoCal 24x7 support line at 866-553-9426, you get a friendly and mostly competent American to talk to and get an RMA number. All three had problems. Doesn't work the way it's supposed to:
I bought this car kit because of the new California law, and also because I specifically didn't want to have a bunch of wires strewn about in my car. The Anycom kit seemed to be the perfect solution to my problem. It's solar powered, so I should be able to just stick it in my windshield and forget about it. Needs more volume:
The idea is great. The solar charging works great. But the volume, both to and from the device, needs to be able to go a lot louder. As it is, you have to have the windows up and the stereo off to have a conversation. Beyond that, it's a great product.

Check the compatibility with your phone first.
Long as your phone is in the list, it is a must device in your car.
