Best Food Magazine EVER!:
I stumbled upon this magazine at a local bookstore, and had to get a subscription for me, and another for my best friend. I look forward to every issue, and only wish they published more often. The menus are great, and the tips, articles and recipes are outstanding. I keep every copy with my cookbooks. Eating clean makes so much sense, and since I've eliminated processed foods from my diet, I feel better than ever. I won't ever go back to "shopping in the aisles" again.

Love this magazine. If you are interested in learning to eat healthy, have great recipes and good, interesting articles that seem to be very down-to-earth, this is a wonderful magazine. I have the diet book and the cookbook with the same title. All worth-while. Give it a try!
