Great, powerful vac!!:
I bought this vacuum for my mom for a Christmas present... It was a risk because she has had the SAME Kirby vacuum for literally AT LEAST 20 years and refused to get rid of it! Belt Breaking Problems:
I bought this vacuum during Black Friday thinking it would be a great deal. In the end, I wish I had gone with something a little more reliable. After 5 uses, I've already had to replace the belt twice. That is simply unacceptable. I contacted Dirt Devil about this and they informed me I must have had the brush set too low to the floor. Disappointed:
The product is very noisey and arrived with defective attachments. The drapery attachment is held together with a rubberband, which would be fine if it remained air tight. But it does not and is consequently ineffective. It has many nice features, including a bagless system that works well, and a strong motor. But the overall impression is one of shoddy manufacture.
dirt devil great:
Works great, hose a bit to short, a bit heavy to lift, empting dust container easy. My first bagless and on sale, good buy.
