You don't always get 'more' when you pay more:
As far as the value you get for your money, this cable is somewhere in the middle between the monstrously pried Monster HDMI 1000HD Ultra-High Speed HDMI Cable (2 meters) and some of the cheaper alternatives such as Mediabridge - 6ft Ultra-High Speed HDMI Cable - 120 Hz - Version 1.3b Category 2 - 1080p - Blu-ray - PS3 - W/Nylon Sleeve. Ethernet cable:
I purchased this cable to connect my Blu-ray play to my router.
They were almost 35 feet apart.
I tried a wireless connection and that didn't work.
So I purchased a 35 foot cable.
Connected the two. Turned on the player and got a message that it was successfully connected to the Internet.
It works like a charm.
I was very pleased with the delivery time and the condition of the delivery.
HDMI Cables:
Before ordering these cables I read all the reviews of every equivalent cable on your site. The product quality is excellent in every respect and I highly recommend them. The new Sony KDL52XBR6 I bought the cables for has a brilliant, razor sharp picture from the HDMI connector on the Directv HD receiver. I haven't bought a Blu-ray player yet, but when I do, I expect to connect it with one of these cables. Wrong item received (another story):
I ordered the Cables Unlimited 10 meter 1.3 HDMI cable and received a Cables Unlimited PowerStrip extender (1 male plug two female extenders)instead! Very frustrating! But AMAZON agreed to overnight the replacement cable...still it is interesting that I'm the second person to receive the incorrect item when ordering this cable! See other review.
