I would spend a little more for better sound:
This may be fine if you are used to listening to an alarm clock radio, but if you listen to higher quality stereo, you will be disappointed. It is definitely flat sounding. I think the quality is equal to the price.
Great sound for a little box!:
Surprisingly, this little speaker sounds pretty decent in our large kitchen/great room combination. I bought it back in February for only $20, but definitely think it's worth the $37.99 that Amazon is charging right now. Speaking of charging, was I amazed to discover that this unit DOES charge my new iPod Touch (2nd generation)! It was my understanding that it would allow the Touch to connect and play, but not charge at the same time--so this was a great surprise. It was my intention to give this as a gift... more info
For the price amazing speaker:
Hi i bought this as a gift for my girlfriend for her birthday. She has a 4th generation ipod and it works (which i didn't check if it was compatible so a relief there). This product weights around 6lbs, its very small and compact (a bit bigger than a Nintendo Game Cube). The sound is 4 stars out of 5, you need to adjust the treble. The remote is awesome, small and you can operate it from a distance of 15 feet. Also its very loud we tested it connecting it to a pc and listening guitar hero III threw it... more info

I didn't give this 5 stars because it's not the BEST ipod dock you can probably purchase but for the price it comes close. It's great to have around for entertaining. Without a doubt I have already got my money's worth. I wasn't expecting superior sound by any means but I'm impressed that it wasn't a piece of junk. I would recommend this for someone who is just looking for something small with lots of sound for a cheap price.
