Wusthof 3 piece set:
I ordered this item as a gift. It came promptly and I'm very happy with the 3 items. Two knives and a pair of kitchen shears (I own all of these and use them frequently). I would definitely recommend this to anyone wanting to try out this brand of knives, or to add to their collection.
Handy, everyday set:
Very happy with this set. Purchased back in September, and all the edges are still sharp. In fact, be careful when you first use the knives, I cut myself the first time (not used to sharp knives!!) Especially like that the scissors come apart, makes cleaning them so much easier. Highly recommend. I use both knives daily; or at least on the days that I cook!
Great knifes:
Wusthof knifes are the best knifes made as far as I can tell. Tried others but nothing beats Wusthof. Well balanced and razor sharp. I bought 2 Wusthof Gourmet knifes trying to save some money but wished I would have just bought the Wusthof Classic instead. As far as I can tell it was a waste of money buying the Gourmet knifes. The Gourmet knifes are made of stamped steel not forged from a single blank of high carbon steel. The Wusthof Classic just holds an edge better and longer. So don't be cheap and... more info

These knives are great and Amazon had them on sale for half the price of most other places. Great addition to the Wusthof santoku I bought my wife a while back.
