You may as well go throw $5 in your trash can right now - and at least save yourself the frustration of finding out for yourself that this flashlight is a total waste of time and money. I have purchased at least three of these from Amazon for kid's birthday's etc. They all have the same problem - they are completely unreliable. Cheap, that's for sure.:
Bought this light for a 3 week trek in Norway. 2 days into my journey this light began to flicker and I had to bash it to get it to come back on. If I hung it in my tent for a little light and it hung motionless it was bright. It is bright but certainly cheap, do yourself a favor and spend a little more for something functional.
Super-dim 4 LED light-duty flashlight:
Just plain horrid. Only four of the nine LED's even made an effort of lighting up, and by light up I mean make a faint purple color that is barely visible when looking directly at the LED's. Cheap construction, paint chips out of the package, the batteries even seem fake.
