WORST EVER!!!!:
If you have pets or children this vacuum is the absolute WORST!!!!!
I bought this as a Christams gift for myself and didn't need to open it until after the New Year when my 2 year old had an accident with an upset stomach...all over the carpet... First off.. the brushes are stationary and do not aggitate a tightly wovern carpet or a loose woven one for that matter. I've had this unit for about 8 months now. This item is Ok. After reading the other reviews and analyziing if the experiences were similar to my own, I gave the cleaner 3 stars. This unit is not great or horrific as some have written, in my opinion. How this unit works for you depends on your lifestyle. Absolutely amazing little cleaner:
We had our carpets professionally cleaned and our floors felt horrible. They were sticky and smelled musty. We called the carpet cleaning company out and they came and sprayed some more chemicals on the floor that made our whole house smell like one of those green tree air fresheners. So basically we spent 400 dollars to make our carpets look and smell worse.
