Not Bad:
Not a bad book. Quite Readable with some useful information. Didn't really give me the info I was looking for though. I expected more info on Supplements and weight training testosterone boosting.
Worthless, Generic:
I was looking for more. However, half the book is self accessments, and the other half is filled with master-or-the-obvious advice. Eat well, sleep well, have sex, exercise, watch stress, etc. Nothing new, accept perhaps the suggestion that men don't eat meet more than 3 times weekly? This due to added hormones in meet. So, I took it as, switch to organic, and push legislators to ban additives the US now allows, but EU prohibits.
Average Could be better:
The title says testosterone factor, but the book is full of questionaires, some people may find them useful, I didn't, the book does give a lot of information on increasing testosterone in the body, but no real information on getting testosterone from natural sources and gives no mention on PINE POLLEN which at this stage is the largest known natural source of testosterone. The book would better to included under Male Health Improvement.
Testosterone Factor:
Love the book, got alot of information on hormones with this book.
Easy read and fun too.
