Good layout...used workout journals for over a decade and really like the layout and size of this journal.
Cheaper to create your own journal:
I just bought this book and the workout book to try and start a weight training program. I was disappointed in how this journal is put together for the price I paid for it. I recommend you create your own journal to track what you want to track because it would be cheaper and more helpful to you. I can't return my copy so will give it to someone else who has never tracked their weight training.

The biggest waste of money I have EVER saw....there are no excercises in this. Very much false dvertising. I am gouing to return it. I love all her other books so I was very surprised about this one.
Perfect way to organize your workouts:
I am so happy I got this. It goes right with the Eat Clean Workout book (which I also love). I have started lifting, and this is the best way to track where I am and where I am going. It has plenty of space, it well organized and it even has those little tear off corners so you know EXACTLY what page you are on.... that might seem like a little thing - but it makes this the perfect journal for me!
