Not bad but not helpful:
I bought this book thinking it would help me start a weight training program but was disappointed to see that it didn't have very many exercises in it. The DVD was good and I liked how it was put together but as one reviewer put it, if you have done any type of weight lifting before, this won't teach you anything new. If you are new weight training then this is a good book but if you have done any kind of weight training then skip this book. You can get a lot more out of any of the women's health... more info
Diet not for traveler:
I travel a lot and with the restrictions on kind of foods and number of meals per day this diet requires it was not practical to start. It might be okay for an office worker or a stay at home person. I took a quick look at the books and they will be resold soon.
LOVE IT!:
This is a great book, it shows you how to use every part of your body and the equipment at the gym. I have a gym membership and was clueless about what to do with the equipment, this book showed me how to use the equipment properly. Basic knowledge for most profesionals, amazing turnaround for people like me. I don't need a personal trainer, the book tell me what to do.
