I love this training log. It's a good size, allows for adequate information and helps me to stay on track of where I've been, where I am now, and where I need to go with my work outs. Love it!
Plenty of Room:
This journal does not lock you into a calendar that you have to skip a page if it is your rest day. Has plenty of room to fill in excersises and sets with remarks. Also cardio space w room for whatever you feel neccessary.

Great Organizer:
If you are new to working out and need a way to organize yourself... this notebook will be very useful. You could do the same thing with an empty notebook from the store, but this is good for beginners!
