Great Book!:
This is really good book! Not too many books about color theory out there. Lora did a great job on explaining each season in details. The best feature for me is Color Charts! Book is well organized and a lot of pictures which is helpful! Great addition to my collection!
Worth the Money!:
This book is a must read for anyone interested in color analysis! Written in an easy-to-read format, Color Revival by Lora Alexander is full of interesting and practical information. The seasons are clearly explained along with the best clothing choices for each, but tips are also given on hair color, make-up, jewelry, how aging affects a season's look and so much more! Lacking, would not recommend this book:
I recently had my colours done at a 4-season colour analysis place and was extremely interested to see whether or not this book delivered a more appropriate colour palette for me and what information it might hold for typing some of my friends who did not clearly fit into the 4-season colour analysis system. The colors represented in this book are printed very, very, very, very badly. The info. is good, but not anything new.
