grat book poor shipping:
Geared for the professional, this book will round out basic knowledge and is very helpful. My book arrived bent and rumpled just thrown in a box, unlike AMAZON'S usual great service. After calling they did replace the book immediatly, the second book came shrink wrapped and packed properly. These things happen and Amazon is great at rectifying them.

This is a great book to refresh and add to your knowledge but certainly most of these procedures should not be attempted without specific training or supervision of a physician.
