Well . . . It Didn't Work For Me:
This is a really long review, but if you think your acne is hormonal, it might be helpful! I had already changed my diet to plant based, but I thought the detox in this book would help me get rid of any acne causing toxins that were still in my system. The apple fast didn't do anything for me except help me appreciate my food better. :) I was very careful to follow the rules, and never snitched any other food. The only reason I gave this a two star and not zero, was that the book did have some good advice... more info

I want to start this out by saying that this is not a review of this product, but my thoughts after reading the other reviews. I don't trust a single one of the 5-star reviews. They all look very suspicious to me, for several reasons. The first reason is that in all of the 5-stars the people either wrote the review TO the author or mentioned his name in the review. Defective binding:
This book was received missing pages 64 to 96, and from cover page to page 32 repeated. I had already discarded the shipping container. I was able to get the information from the book that I needed, but a shoddy job of binding by the publisher...
