Food Additives:
EXCELLENT. I bought this as a gift and my friend says she can't ever be without it as it is a wonderful source to carry in her purse. Nice and small with great information.
Changed my life!:
I so recommend this little book. I thought that I was just sensitive to gluten, but it turns out that I was just as sensitive to food additives as well. This book helped me track down the culprits for my fatigue, sinus issues, and even the nausea I sometimes experiened. I can't say enough kind words about the author or the book she wrote. I just thank the Lord for people out there like her who care.
Keep with you for every grocery trip:
I love this book. I kept it w/ me for every grocery where I needed to purchase processed foods. It's pretty easy to read and always comes in handy. I let a friend borrow my copy and I haven't gotten it back so I'm probably going to buy this again.
Decent resource especially for price:
This is a convenient resource to use while shopping, and generally has listed most ingredients that I have referenced. So far, I came across one ingredient (listed in Shop Rite fresh bread) that was not listed (mononitrate, and I just used the listing for "nitrates".
